Common Questions
Why does a download fail when a video plays?
Some websites allow playback but restrict direct downloads. VidPivot does not bypass DRM, encryption, paywalls, subscription access, or website restrictions.
Where are downloaded files saved?
VidPivot saves files in the Downloads/VidPivot folder on your device.
How do I manage saved files?
Use the Saved section inside VidPivot to open, hide, or delete entries. If you delete from storage, the local file is removed from the device storage location.
How do I restore VidPivot Smart?
Open VidPivot settings and choose Restore purchase. Purchases are managed through Google Play Billing.
Permitted Use
Use VidPivot only for public, owned, openly licensed, or otherwise permitted media. For platforms that provide an official offline or download feature, use that official feature.
